Bridge Hotel Cupboard

This cupboard is located in the store room next to the reception desk and contains the items needed for our weekly meetings. The stewards are responsible for opening the cupboard and arranging the items for the meeting including the following;

Audio equipment (loudspeaker, amplifier etc) which is complete in a box with the instructions

The Presidents lectern and the Rotary Wheel and stand

The meeting box which contains the items for the meeting including the Polio Pig and raffle tickets.

A raffle prize from the box.

The screen and projector if it is required by the speaker.

After the meeting

Return everything to its correct place in the cupboard. A diagram showing the storage locations is shown below.
